I am DUY DAO , my background is CNC machinist . I were a CNC programmer for more than 12 years to now . While CNC (Computer Numerical Control) machining and home inspection may seem unrelated at first glance, but there are some transferable skills and qualities that i could potentially bring the benefit to my costumers. My background as a CNC machinist involved a high level of precision and attention to details. This skill is valuable in the thorough examination of a home to identify even minor issues that might affect the property . There are some more few skills from being a CNC machinist might benefit our clients : problem-solving skills , documentation and reporting, quality assurance, safety awareness.... But on top of that i really enjoy to help people on the way to find their dream home. I put myself in the client's position and my commitment to making sure clients know everything about their future home with confident. I always push myself to improve knowledges because gaining knowledge in building codes, construction, and inspection techniques will further enhance my ability to provide comprehensive and valuable services to my clients. I think my unique combination of technical skills and customer-focused mindset could make me stand out in the field of home inspection.
